Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter, the "User") and Sonuvi (hereinafter, "we," "our," or the "Platform"), which comprehensively governs your access to and use of our Etsy store, as well as any other service, tool, or content provided through it (collectively, the "Service").

The Platform is exclusively dedicated to the sale of handcrafted and customized mobile device cases (hereinafter, the "Products"), each of which is a unique and unrepeatable piece, the result of a meticulous design and manual manufacturing process that guarantees its authenticity and exclusivity.

By accessing, browsing, and, where applicable, using the Service, the User expressly and unequivocally declares and guarantees that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, without exceptions or reservations. If you do not agree with any of the provisions contained in the Terms, you are expressly requested to immediately cease any use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, review, update, add, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, with immediate effect upon publication on Etsy. Users are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to stay informed about changes or updates.

The use of the Platform is subject to Etsy's Policies, which include but are not limited to the terms of service, refund and return policies, buyer and seller protection, and any other rules established by Etsy.

1. Use of the Platform

The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and Etsy policies. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, or infringing content.

• Manipulating prices or interfering with other Users’ transactions.

• Placing fraudulent orders or providing false information.

• Violating Etsy’s Terms and policies.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel access to any User who violates these Terms or Etsy's regulations.

2. Product Description

Each Product is unique and handmade. Images and descriptions are illustrative and may present slight variations in colors, textures, or designs due to their artisanal nature. These differences are not considered defects but rather an inherent characteristic of the Product.

3. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are governed by Etsy’s Terms. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Etsy manages payments through its secure processing system and offers buyer protection under certain conditions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The estimated shipping time is specified in the Etsy store and may vary depending on the buyer's location. We are not responsible for delays attributable to events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.

5. Return and Refund Policy

At Sonuvi, customer satisfaction is a priority; however, due to the custom and unique nature of our Products, return and refund policies are strictly limited.

• A refund will only be issued if the customer requests order cancellation within the first 24 hours after making the payment.

• If the cancellation request is made after this period, no refund will be granted, although order cancellation will still be possible.

• Refunds will not be provided in cases where the error is attributable to the customer, including but not limited to providing an incorrect shipping address.

• Returns will not be accepted if the error in the order is due to the customer. This includes mistakes in product selection, choice of specifications, or any other error made during the purchase process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details provided when placing an order are correct and accurate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the store, including designs, images, logos, and descriptions, is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without express written authorization.

The processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees that their personal data will be processed in compliance with said Policy.

All information provided by Users through the Platform will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for order processing and service improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties without the User's consent, except when required by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Rico.
