Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SONUVI, each phone cover is a unique, handmade piece crafted with care and dedication. Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of our products, we have established the following refund, cancellation, and return policies:

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: If you need to request a refund, it will only be possible within the first 24 hours after making the payment. The refund request must be made via sonuvicontacto@gmail.com within this period. After 24 hours, no refunds will be accepted.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations must also be made within the first 24 hours after payment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within this timeframe. Once 24 hours have passed, cancellations will not be accepted, as production of each cover begins immediately.

  1. Design Corrections

If you wish to correct the design of your cover, this can only be done for names or initials. Requests for design corrections must be made within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, design corrections will not be possible.

  1. Return Policy

No returns are offered at SONUVI. Since our covers are handmade and each piece is unique, we do not accept returns of products after the purchase.
