🛍️ About the Products
1. Is each phone case truly unique?
Yes! Each phone case is handmade with resin, meaning no two designs are exactly the same. Even if we try to replicate a design, the colors and details will always have slight variations, making it exclusive to you.
2. What materials are the cases made of?
Our cases are made with high-quality resin and decorated with carefully selected stones, glitter, and other details. They are durable, lightweight, and offer a unique artistic touch.
3. Do they protect my phone well?
Yes! Our cases are not only stylish but also functional. They cover the edges of your phone and provide a protective layer against scratches and minor bumps. However, they are not military-grade cases and do not guarantee protection from extreme drops.
4. Can I customize my case?
At the moment, we do not offer full customization, but you can reach out to us if you have a specific color request, and we’ll see what we can do.
5. Why does my case look bent?
It is possible that your case may arrive slightly bent due to the way it was handled during shipping.
The case may bend slightly if it is not used frequently and is stored in a warm place.
This can happen due to heat, as plastic material can adjust over time depending on the case's design.
Additionally, keep in mind that our cases are handmade in Puerto Rico, where the warm climate may also contribute to this effect.
If your case arrives slightly bent, don’t worry! It will return to its original shape once placed on your phone.
🚚 Shipping & Processing
6. How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time depends on the type of case:
In stock: 5 to 10 business days.
Made to order: 8 to 12 business days, as each piece is crafted with special care.
7. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s status.
9. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Once the package leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with USPS at USPS.com using your tracking number.
📦 Returns & Cancellations
10. Can I return my case if I don’t like it?
We do not accept returns since each piece is unique and handmade especially for you. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
11. Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
12. What if I entered the wrong address?
If you provided an incorrect address and the package has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
