Shipping & Processing Policies
To ensure a clear and satisfying experience, we have established the following shipping and processing policies:
1. Processing Times
Pre-Existing Designs: 8 to 10 business days to process.
Custom-Order Cases: 10 to 12 business days to process. This time frame ensures that each case is crafted with the quality and personalization you expect.
2. Shipping & Responsibility
Shipping via USPS: Once your package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of USPS (United States Postal Service). We are not responsible for USPS handling, nor for broken, incomplete, or lost deliveries.
Claims with USPS: If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or gets lost, you must file a claim directly with USPS. You can do this through USPS.com. Please have your tracking number and purchase receipt ready when submitting your claim.
Shipping Destinations: At this time, we only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
3. Addresses & Lost Packages
Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stalled Packages: We do not take responsibility for packages that are lost, delayed in transit for extended periods, or any other mail service-related issues.
4. Final Considerations
